Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company has developed some of the finest construction professionals in Hawaii. We strive to recruit and hire the most qualified individuals for our Construction Engineering Program and our projects. The construction positions we normally seek to fill include PROJECT ENGINEERS, SUPERINTENDENTS, PROJECT MANAGERS, and ESTIMATORS. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PROGRAMOur CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PROGRAM develops breadth and expertise in our construction engineers by offering comprehensive training and evaluation for approximately four years. Participants work in various departments like Cost Engineering, Estimating, Project Engineering, and Safety and sometimes for different company divisions (e.g. building, commercial, civil, etc.).
