Corrugated Packaging Plant at Malakole Industrial Park

The Corrugated Packaging Plant, located in Kalaeloa Industrial Park is a single level manufacturing plant, approximately 150,000 sf in area and includes an adjoining office building approximately 7,000 sf in area. The building has a reinforced slab grade, tilt-up panel wall system and an open web steel joist roof structure.

This design-build project is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, and as the only packaging plant in Hawaii, allows packaging materials previously shipped from the west coast to now be manufactured locally.
