Keauhou Lane

Keauhou Lane is a mixed-use mid-rise development consisting of 209 rental residential units and street-level retail in the heart of Kakaako. The structure is a precast prestress building with composite concrete topping which reduced construction time and construction waste at a site which had very limited space. Seeking LEED Platinum certification, Keauhou Lane incorporates an energy and water conservation system, including a 58-panel solar hot water system that meets 40% of the hot water heating load. Keauhou Lane is located adjacent to the future Kaka’ako Rail Station which will allow easy train access for the future tenants to other parts of the city when rail is completed. Keauhou Lane residents will enjoy a unique urban place known for its rich cultural, artistic, and creative offerings.
