Keauhou Place

“Keauhou” which means a ‘new era’ or ‘transformation’ represents the revival of a modern and vibrant Kakaako. This project is the culmination of a successful partnership between the Owner and Hawaiian Dredging. A model for contemporary urban living, the 423-unit development consists of a 43-story tower and 7-story garage, surrounded by a 4-story townhome. There were many great achievements on this project including attaining a four-day concrete cycle with a single set of form decks and delivering the project ahead of schedule to accommodate the early move-in of new homeowners.
