Completed in April 2024, this 6,750 square-foot Waterfront project for Island Energy Services, a locally managed company dedicated to providing fuel delivery to Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, and Kauai. The project included refurbishing existing bollards and reinstalling four bollards, as well as removing and replacing twenty-three fenders. Additionally, bulkhead wall repairs were conducted using divers for concrete placement. The project scope also encompassed pier substructure work that involved repairs to beams, soffits, piles, pile caps, and curb.
