Hawaiian Dredging performed the renovation of the Dental Clinic in three phases, allowing the Dental Clinic to remain in operation to deliver necessary services to the community throughout the renovation. The treatment rooms were designed to allow the dentist to sit with the patient while providing care, a more relaxed approach to dental treatment. The 4023-sf renovated building is a single-story glulam and steel post structure with a mix of metal and wood framed partitions. The clinic has ten treatment rooms, four provider offices, a business office, a dental lab, an X-ray room, sterilization rooms, and a waiting room.
