29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Readiness Center (IBCT)

This project included construction of a new facility for the 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) Readiness Center. The approximately 55,000 square foot, new facility was the first phase to house the Brigade and was comprised of an auditorium, assembly hall, and administrative spaces.

Also included were storage areas for vaults, locker rooms, IT rooms, bathrooms and classrooms. Integral systems included computer drops, telecommunications and mechanical ventilation for specified spaces.

The project was awarded a LEED Silver Rating.
