The first of two towers in Honolulu’s newest and quickly growing Kakaako neighborhood rises 46 stories to provide a combination of 635 studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. Also included is an 11-level parking garage providing over 900 stalls for residents and guests.

Along with extensive preconstruction services, Hawaiian Dredging self performed key building functions that included deep foundation work, structural concrete, and tunnel form construction for the tower’s concrete floors and walls. Amenities include underground utilities and new electrical, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and photo-voltaic systems.

Building amenities include a 6,400 square foot gathering space, lobby seating, surfboard and bicycle storage, and well-lit landscaped grounds.
