Ala Moana Center Ewa Mall Expansion

The Ala Moana Center Ewa Mall Expansion project added more than three multi-level structures to the world’s largest open air mall. The project created 689,000 SF of new leasable space, and 819,000 SF of additional parking by adding five new levels of parking structure onto the existing four-level structure. Two more multi-level structures were constructed to house two major anchor tenants along with 69 retail and restaurant spaces. The project was performed while the mall remained in full operation.
