The Colony at The Peninsula

The Colony at The Peninsula provides luxury condominium housing in the densely populated, coveted region of Hawaii Kai. With over 300 air conditioned units plus parking facilities, the development includes a rec center, pool, spa, and open-air pavilion.

Honolulu is growing at a rapid pace and accommodating new residents is a priority for developers and city planners. A source of revenue for the county and state, new residents look for desirable homes close to the beach and city.

Hawaiian Dredging designed and built these post-tension concrete units which received an “outstanding” rating by the owner. Each unit features a central AC system and detailed finish work—wood trim, granite countertops, tiled baths, carpeting, and more. The construction included roads, sewage, drainage, water, fire lines, chiller plants, and utility lines to service the residences.
