Interstate Route H-1 Kapolei Interchange

The Interstate Route H-1 Kapolei Interchange is located on both the westbound and eastbound sides of the H-1 Freeway between the Makakilo Interchange and the Palailai Interchange (the off-ramp to the Campbell Industrial Park).

This project widened lanes in both direction of the H-1 Freeway with a new 12-foot travel lane and a 10-foot shoulder and added on-ramp/off-ramps and an access roadway.
