Hilton Grand Vacations Club Waikoloa Kings Land & Clubhouse Sales Office

Demonstrating its versatility in both large and small projects, Hawaiian Dredging which served as General Contractor for the original Hilton Waikoloa Village (formerly known as Hyatt Regency Waikoloa), was later contracted to construct the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings Land Sales Office.

This new addition to the resort property was a 7,000 square foot tenant improvement project creating 16 sales offices, administrative support offices, and guest reception/lounge areas.
